“Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint you can on it.”
A warm ‘Thank You’ from my heart to all of you. I am humbled at the immense show of support and concern you have expressed; for keeping up and commenting on my weekly quotes; and so grateful that you asked and championed for more of my articles – I missed you too! It has been a little bit…but I’m Back!
My last newsletter was February, 2010. Yes…and I know I had committed to posting these every other month. I meant all of it…and then life took one of those turns, and everything changed – for the better!
Last January I was presented with a wonderful opportunity to enroll in a one-year course…the first of its kind: ‘21st Century Energy Medicine – Levels I-IV.’ This amazing program was provided and taught my Master Healer and Author Deborah King, and I am happy to report that on March 1st, 2011, I received my Certification as an Energy Medicine Practitioner.
As most of you know, I have been a Reiki Master since 1997 and this new certification and knowledge intensifies my awareness and abilities in this field; and it has expanded the ways in which I can offer guidance to all who seek my assistance. To complement this very special training, and in my continuing search for the betterment of health and quality of life, I also enrolled in Wu Tao Dance, which improves the flow of energy, vitality and well-being.
Additionally, I have been busy creating a program, ‘Art and Soul Work’, which I talk about on my new website, http://www.artandsoulcoach.com.
Please visit my new site and sign up for my Three-Part Series where you will find out “How I Discovered my Inner Muse”, what “Art and Soul” is all about, and read “My Story.” And as always, I welcome your questions, comments and thoughts.
It feels good to be in touch again, and for now I leave you with one of my favorite quotes:
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style” Maya Angelou
